Article 35 NYS Penal Law Use of Force as Civilians

September 29 @ 5:00 pm - 9:30 pm

NYS Penal Code
Justification of the Use of Force.
Ossining Volunteer Ambulance Corps
8 Clinton Ave
Ossining, NY 10562

This is a lecture class designed to prepare you to understand how NYS Penal Law defines and qualifies the use of force.
Understanding how and when you are justified in using force is more important than learning to defend yourself. The ability to defend yourself is of no value without the knowledge of when it’s legally allowed.

If you are looking to upgrade to a Full Carry this class will demonstrate to the Judge your effort to educate yourself in legal self-defense.
Sgt. Paul Conforti was a police officer and firearms instructor and has instructed police officers in the use of force since 1993.
Certificates will be issued for attendance.
Surviving a gunfight does not end after the last round has been fired. Jail, civil lawsuits, and stress are just as real as death.

Tuition $130
