NYS counties require a Pistol Safety course to apply for a pistol permit.  The State of Utah issues Concealed Firearms Permit that will allow you to carry in 30 states.  This course will satisfy both the NY and Utah requirements.  The course is 4+ hours long and will include Passport photos, a completed application for Utah, and a certificate for NY counties.

Tuition: $150 for any certification and $240 for both.
